SA public holidays and public school terms are pre-loaded for 2026 and can’t be edited here. Use this modal to add private school holiday dates that aren’t covered by the gazetted public school calendar (e.g., specific independent school break weeks).
External calendar bookings at The Buzz (or other venues) that we want to avoid conflicting with. Adding a blocker here flags it on the calendar view AND warns when creating a SAPIN event on the same date.

Staff training reference. Use this to brief new team members, align returning crew, or refresh your own memory before an event. Click any card to expand.
Pre-written email templates used when drafting invitations and communications. Click a template to edit it. Placeholders like {{title}} get filled in automatically with event data when the template is used.
Staff with assigned tasks that haven't been ticked complete yet, and whose event is approaching its deadline. Click "Send Nudge" to open a pre-filled email to the staff member (and CC support@sapropertynetwork.com).

Marketing spend grouped by division for the accountant. Uses actual spend where filled in post-event, otherwise falls back to planned budget. Filter the date range, review the breakdown, then click Export to Excel to send to the accountant.
